Error 0x8004011d in outlook with an Exchange 2007 server and isa 2006

My issue is with outlook Anywhere using a Exchange 2007 server and Isa 2006.
It was working for the last 3 months, suddenly it is not. On the outlook client i get error 0x8004011d. i cant find any errors on the exchange box. When I monitor the Isa i get in the action column, "initiate connection"  and "closed connection" but no errors.
When I first try the outlook, i get a logon screen, i log on and get the 0x8004011d error.
Any ideas what is wrong, and is there a real time log in Exchange 2007 that will let me see any connection errors?

I only get these errors when the ISA box fails to communicate with the exchange server.

Presuming DNS is working?? you can resolve names to Ip addresses

Certificates are correctly installed on all relevant servers and workstations which are active & not expired.

ISA Web listener has not been tampered with.  Do you have any hardware firewalls between your ISA 2006 server and Exchange 2007 CAS?

Are the 2007 CAS NLB?? could the NLB not be working??
