Error 0x8004011d in outlook with an Exchange 2007 server and isa 2006

My issue is with outlook Anywhere using a Exchange 2007 server and Isa 2006.
It was working for the last 3 months, suddenly it is not. On the outlook client i get error 0x8004011d. i cant find any errors on the exchange box. When I monitor the Isa i get in the action column, "initiate connection" and "closed connection" but no errors.
When I first try the outlook, i get a logon screen, i log on and get the 0x8004011d error.
Any ideas what is wrong, and is there a real time log in Exchange 2007 that will let me see any connection errors?
