VbaProject.OTM doesn't set Date Modified to current date/time
I've edited my digitally signed VbaProject.OTM in Outlook 2003. The changes to my code are saved ok, and the digital signature seems to be working properly. But the date/time on the file from Windows Explorer is always 2/9/2007 9:36am.
It seems that changing the file and saving the changes should update the Date Modified column in Windows Explorer. Anyone ever run into this or have any ideas how to set the Date Modified on this file?

It doesn't update the properties  used by Windows explorer until you close Outlook and it prompts you to save the Project file.
The save button within the editor saves the code changes only.

I get the prompt to save the Project, I answer yes, then close Outlook. The size of the file is changed, but the Date Modified is still 2/9/2007.

I checked ... The only file is in the folder you identified. I've made copies of the file as I've made a series of changes to the code. The file sizes are different on
Copy of VbaProject.OTM, Copy (2) of ..., etc.
But they all have the same Date Modified.

Clearly this was trickier than I thought it was going to be. Anyone got any ideas?
