Rotate Objects by Fraction of a Degree

We have a sign system that has perforated paper.  The punch outs are straight on the bottom and curved on the top.  They are a full 14" long.  In order to make them fit within the printing margins on a standard 8.5x14 piece of paper, they are layed out at an angle.  There is custom software that comes with the sign system, but it has some drawbacks.

I want to use PowerPoint to create the signs, but the angle is giving me fits.  It appears to be at 330.5 degrees.  I have only been able to get my version of PowerPoint (2002) to rotate objects in even degrees.  You wouldn't think that a half a degree would make that much different, but over the length of 14 inches the text creeps noticably closer to the edge.

Do later versions of PowerPoint let you rotate in fractional degrees, or is there some trick or advanced option available that will let you do that?

Would it be possible for someone to create a template that already had the objects layed in at the correct angle?

Open your presentation and hit alt+f11, this opens the vbe window. Select module from the insert menu and paste the code above. Close the vbe window. Back in powerpoint select your shape, hit alt+f8. Select test from the list and hit run.
