we had this problem and it turned out to be the client needs to use SMTP authentication.<br />
Once this was set to use same as incoming mail starting flowing just fine.<br />

I have set up a second domain on an Exchange 2003 server. &nbsp;The original domain, DomainA can send/recieve from the outside and inside with no issues. &nbsp;The new domain, DomainB, that I added with a new recipient policy and changed the MX records is able to send/receive internally and send externally with no issues. &nbsp;When I try to send ot an address on the new DomainB from outside I get &quot;&nbsp;There was a SMTP communication problem with the recipient's email server. &nbsp;Please contact your system administrator.<br />
