Outlook 2003 group policy changes

What I am looking to do is push a script through our active directory that will disable the taskbar icon for new mail notification, and disable the "new mail" sound in Outlook 2003 clients.

I believe this is possible if the registry keys for these items can be found, but I have been unsuccessful in finding either of these so far.

Has anyone else attempted something like this, or know where these settings are stored in the registry? Any help appreciated.
