I am new to Exchange have just inherited this problem at a new job. The Exchange store dismounted as it is now totally over 75 Gig. What can I do? I know about doing an offline defrag, and also introducing mailbox limits, but I am not sure the defrag will get us out of trouble as by reports there hasn't been many mailboxes deleted.
The problem is they are doing Journaling on the box and not taking it offsite, but it will take some arguing to get that changed and it won't be quick
