I can't get a exchange advaced  tab with a few users i created. How can i add this tab?

Exchange advance tab signifies that a mailbox is associated with the mailbox.
Have you created mailboxes for them?

When i created the user it only had to be used to logon to the domain

Ok now right click the user > then select exchange tasks > create mailbox > enter the mailbox name.
Then it will update the attributes of the user
