Exchange 2007 OWA not showing graphics or blank white page only after Update Rollup 4 install

Exchange 2007 OWA is showing no graphics after Update Rollup 4 installation. From some machines it is only showing a blank white page.

I've seen a couple of articles regarding this issue after Rollup 4 install that suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the update. It worked for a couple of posters but at least one site said that didn't work for them. MS Support site for this Rollup has one known issue but this server has none of the app log entries for that known issue. I am planning on trying the Rollup reinstall but since I have to wait for an ok from the client and since there are no posts related to this issue on EE yet I thought I would post to see if anyone has more info or experience with this issue.

Thanks for the post Gatelodge but none of my clients are running Vista and you can't even see OWA well enough to use it.

I uninstalled Update Rollup 4, restarted and OWA was working again. I have yet to reinstall the update but will in the near future.

In our case Exchange 2007 RU2 and RU3 no RU4 was installed on the server. We gave Annonymous access on the folder 8.1.xxx.x in IIS manager. The update folder is according to the latest updates. Then reinstall the latest updates3 which was the latest one on the server.
