Forward only selected email's ie just the inbox or sub folder
Hello,
I want to be able to forward emails from selected folder(s) in Outlook 2003.
For example, upon receipt of mail a rule in Outlook moved tagged spam email into another folder leaving only clean mail in my inbox. So I would then like to only forward the mail received into my inbox to an external email address.
I guess I will need a plug in for this but I've been unable to find one.
Thanks in advance for any help - Andrew

I'm assuming your first rule would move any mail tagged with "SPAM***" in the subject to the junk mail folder. If that's the case, try creating a second rule that wold fire after the first rule to forward all mail to your email address. If the first rule runs first, then the second rule will only work on the remaining mail.

Afternoon Tcicatelli,
Thanks for the quick reply. I will try re-creating the rules as you have suggested but I think the forward rule will process the mail regardless of the subfolder. (That's what it i s doing right now). I could do with a rule that excludes **Spam** from being forwarded.
In the mean time I've just found this plug in so I'll take a look at this (http://www.office-outlook.com/outlook-addins/mobile-email-redirect.html) and post an update.
