Constant redirecting from Google search page

check you Hosts file in notepad under C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc folder
if it contains entires for google related, then remove them and save the file
otherwise post your hjt log here please.......

without any extension, double click on it and then choose notepad from the programs list
it should look like this;

Paste the logfile please....
It could be a wareout infection, the log should confirm it...


If it's wareout then just use this:
download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.

At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.

Finally, please post the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt
