How does one configure their NIC card settings on their PC?

    I will need some more information from you to fully answer your question.  Are you just asking about TCP/IP, DNS, and or DHCP settings or are you talking more about hardware settings such as Full/Half duplex, link speed, etc?  The brand and model of the card could also be helpful depending on your question.  Thanks.
