Error message comes when i open dvd from d drive

Hi when i put cisco ccna dvd on my d drive and open it i get error message

It's running an application from the DVD and when you open the drive your system unmounts device and application cannot work with media any more. Normally this error should be handled in the software, but looks like it's not in this case. Blame programmers.

so nothing can be done to fix this error.other dvds work fine on this laptop

If you can get source of this programm, correct the error and then recomplile, it will help. Just close all applications including IE before you open DVD drive

still did not work closed all ie applications same error still comes

So, blame programmers. This type of errors sitting deep in the binary file and you can do nothing. It may be specific to your particular environment and wasn't descovered by testers. If it really bother you, contact technical support of the application.

You can try to play with Data Execution Prevention (DEP) settings
