Move AD users from one domain to another in a different forest

Hi All,
I have a Win2003 domain controller and i want to move the AD users and OU's from there to another windows 2003 domain controller.These two domain controllers are in different forest and have different domain names. Is it possible.

    You can accomplish this using the Active Directory Migration Tool, a free download from Microsoft:

    Depending on the # of users you have to move and the budget allocated to the project, you can also purchase a third-party migration tool from Quest or a similar vendor that has more bells and whistles than ADMT.
