A user is getting the following error message while trying to log on.

Windows cannot access the file gpt.ini for GPO CN={6EFC24C2-F549-4466-BFF1-CA8F21EDA0B9},CN=Policies,CN=System,DC=mydomain,DC=com. The file must be present at the location <\\mydomain.com\SysVol\mydomain.com\Policies\{6EFC24C2-F549-4466-BFF1-CA8F21EDA0B9}\gpt.ini>. (The system cannot find the path specified. ). It mentions that the roaming profile cannot be found and it even when the user gets on after a few attempts sometimes her drive mapping do not map.
