How do I configure Cisco PIX 501 Firewall to allow Inbound / outbound emails for Exchange Server 2003

How do I configure Cisco PIX 501 Firewall to allow Inbound / outbound emails for Exchange Server 2003, I'm using Windows Server 2003 SBS, the Exchange server is installed and configured and I want to use it but I don't know how to configure the Cisco PIX 501 Firewall to allow inbound and outbound emails. Appreciate your help.

Command line config:

access-list outside_access_in permit tcp any interface outside eq smtp
access-group outside_access_in in interface outside
no fixup protocol smtp 25
static (inside,outside) tcp interface smtp 192.168.101 smtp netmask 255.255.255.255

I have this line in the configuration " fixup protocol smtp 25",
should I delete this before entering the commands that you provided me?
what does fixup command means?

sorry i have not provided you the complete details, this is my network setup;
cisco pix outside interface ip - 70.55.240.44
cisco pix inside interface ip - 192.168.1.1
LAN ip add - 192.168.1.0 / 24.
please show me the actual configuration to allow inbound and outbound emails, sorry that I don't understand your first comment.
