Deny PC access

Is there any way to deny a computer access to a guest wireless network by computer name?? There is a computer (a student laptop, i assume) that is responsible for sending spam out port 25 when it is connected to our guest wireless ssid.  I have since changed the firewall to only allow port 25 out of the mailserver, but would still like to cut off access to everything until they fix their malware issue.

I imagine that there is a deny mac address list you can setup. Even a lot of SOHO APs have this feature.
