PowerPoint 2003 the Organization Chart server can't be found

I am getting an error message  MS PowerPoint 2003 that stats the Organizational chart server cannot be found.   I am connected to a network.  However Office 2003 was installed locally

This should help more:
Can't edit Org Chart, Graph, Excel (error msg: "server application, source file, or item can't be found")
