How do I remove the Builtin\Administrators group from teh SYSADMIN role?

I found the roles, but I didn't see the "sysadmin" so I couldn't remove the builtin administrators group.  Any thoughts.  This is on SQL 2000 server.  I need to do this.

I also need to add the DBA OS group to that role.

Thanks,

Be aware that there are pitfalls to avoid if you drop the account

The command to do it in 2000 is sp_revokelogin

EXEC sp_revokelogin 'Builtin\Administrator'

And this would be accomplished in Query Analyzer?

But I only want to remove it from the sys admin role not just from what I said above.  I'll up the points to see if I can get some other opinions.

Thanks,

Cool. Yes, do not use sp_revokelogin if you just want them out of sysadmin.

I came across this link: http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa302434.aspx#c18618429_019

A lot of information that you might use, and it is for SQL 2000.

in enterprise manager, go to security -> logins, and open the properties of the login 'Builtin\Administrator'
there is a tab Server Roles, and uncheck the sysadmin role.
 OK, and it's done.
