One of our phone extensions does not allow you too speak through the intercom. The phone works perfectly but the person on the other end cannot hear if you speak through the phone intercom, if you pick up the reciever they can hear you just fine.
I have isolated the problem to our switch (extension 101 to be exact). I have been told that there is a setting in the switch to detect or expect the phone to have this intercom feature, and somehow it has been turned off. Is there a way I can login to the switch and turn the option back on?
