Delay in email delivey

I am having email delivery issue, it takes around 5-10 hours to delivery email. sometime it returns this error

" Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 Requested action not taken: message refused  "

it looks this problem is only with domain email

Often that's because DNS-BL lists have blacklisted your IP address.  This might not be your fault, or perhaps your server is connected to a set of IP addresses considered dialup or public (home cable modems, for example).  Try a site like this to see if that's the problem:
