run power point viewer minimized

using xp home, ppt viewer, dual monitor configuration (two monitors, separate screens

when i open a ppt file, it spreads across both monitors.

how can i make powerpoint viewer  run minimized, ie on one monitor only?

you may have to reconfig your display settings so that your desktop is shown in clone mode over 2 monitors, you have to understand that your running one program over 2 monitors, if you have a PPT open on the 2ndary screen as a secondary instance then no probs, but as its only one instance spanned not possible.
try opening 2 instances of this PPT,

Well, you could make it so the power point program isn't maximized, then resize and move the window so it only fills the screen on one monitor.
