Surely, there are ways of automating security measures (disable unneeded services, restrict ntfs rights, deny administrative rights, setup auditing, set up a software restriction policy, and some more) - but for some specific recommendation  - what do you want to be secured? And against what?
Some background info about your setup is needed.

Hi,

Surely, there are ways of automating security measures (disable unneeded services, restrict ntfs rights, deny administrative rights, setup auditing, set up a software restriction policy, and some more)

I want to do all as you have mentioned...

If you can't tell what you want to secure (you don't tell what's your goal), I will just provide some quick links:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb457006.aspx
google for "restricted groups", "manage services via gpo"

Sharath, why not use a group policy on your computers?  Then there's not local policies, and you control all of those rights via one Group Policy object.....

Rob.
