Can not log into OWA with vail username / password

Hello All

I am having trouble logging into OWA. This is a new server installation with Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 SBS server. We testing logging into OWA with a test user. The user can log into Outlook 2003. When we try logging into OWA, we get the welcome screen and try to sign in as user test we get:

"You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your domain\user name and password are correct, and then try again."

We tried signing in as DOMAIN\user but it keeps on saying incorrect id and password no matter what we do and these credentials work fine. Any suggestions?

login in the format domain\username.  So say my domain name is test, and my user is joe.  Login with test\joe as the user, and then enter the password.

Tried the setting in the document. It did not work. I tried entering the user name in DOMAIN\user and it did not work. I just get an error:

"You could not be logged on to Outlook Web Access. Make sure your domain\user name and password are correct, and then try again."

No matter what I try I just get that.

And this happens even when you try to log in as Adminstrator?

SOunds like the IUSR_ Account/password is messed up.  I don't remember how I was able to fix it beofre, but I ran into this issue preiouosly.  Once I was able to reset the IUSR account, I was good to go.

I tried using the administrator account and I can not log in with that user account. I even tried to change the IUSR_Account password and that did not help either.
