Users permissions in folders

Hi

I have installed one server with windows 2003 enterprise edition and active directory installed on  the server.

I have created one folder and it is shared for users to access that folder. I want to restrict the users not create sub folders and and files. Only they can edit the existing file in that folder.

Please help me on this issue.

Regards

Krishna

right click the folder, select properties then
on the security page, click advanced and then on permission page select the user/group...you should see list of fine grain permission....

select the one you want to give...

if you are changing permission for inherited users/group, you will first need to remove inherited (copy while) removing them, then set the required permission
