Help decreasing table height

Please visit this site (mwebdev.com/par) and click on Services. If you scroll down to the bottom, you'll see a lot of empty space after the 3 links at the bottom. How do I get rid of this space? I've tried changing table heights, but I can't seem to get it. I'm using Dreamweaver. Thanks.

Find Line 42:
<td valign="top" style="height="387">

Change to:
<td valign="top" style="height: 387px">

Find Line 52:
<!--[if !IE]> <-->

Change to:
Nothing, delete it :)

Find Line 60:
<!--> <![endif]>

Change to:
Nothing, delete it :)

This will get rid of a few basic code errors, then report back :)

OK, think I have found what is causing you the height issue.

Find this line:
<td height="177" valign="top" width="515">

Change to:
<td valign="top" width="515">

I'd strongly suggest you put your pages through the W3C validation tools before you make them final, because that will probably do what I just done, although not fix your problem. It will tell you as I will, which is to steer away from any extra 'height' 'width' 'valign' tags or alike and replace them with a class. Do it all with CSS :)
