To compute population.
1.There are total Seven layers (for eg: Service areas, three sewered areas and there unsewerd areas)
2.By performing union operation the results i am getting are unsewerd areas, sewered areas and overlay areas).
Therefore my question is when i want to select the areas which are overlapping.By going into selection tool bar and say selection attributes i am not able to select by using where:
So i need help in writing code.

For eg: If i want to select the attributes that are overlapping each other than i have to use:

"ObjectID" is not null and "Area" is not null.

Help me in formating the code.
