store procedure coding to hide

I would like to ask some question on sql.
Is there a way that when we make a sql database with store procedure, can we hide the stored procedure coding from the client.
We don't want to show the client the store procedure coding that we have done.

Can any one help us...

    add the WITH ENCRYPTION in the create procedure statement, then the procedure code will be encrypted and cannot be seen.

    Another option only for SQL 2005 is to write .NeT stored procs and functions
