How to export w2k from virtual machine run by  parallels  to a bootcamp install.

i've a mac book pro with parallels running w2k.
I want to move my w2k system to a dual boot install with bootcamp.

what are the steps i need to do to have my w2k running natively in my macbook pro using bootcamp?
