1) Install the BB desktop program. get the latest version 4.2 SP2 I think.<br />
<br />
2) Check the Syncronize options, and do a test sync, and look at the log - It should show the default fiedl mappings.<br />
<br />
Use the help to find where the field maps can be changed.<br />

I have just moved from a Windows Mobile device to a Blackberry Curve (8310). &nbsp;I have BES.<br />

Some of the phone number fields from Outlook do not seem to sync, such as Car. &nbsp;I have some contacts with Separate Car phone numbers. &nbsp;Is there a way to sync all contact / phone number fields?<br />
