Outlook 2007 - One user not able to send/receive emails

I have one user who shares a computer with 5 others.  This one user is not able to send or recieve email.  The other 5 users send and receive just fine.  The computer is running XP Pro w/SP2 along with Office 2007.  If I go to the users inbox view OWA I can send and receive just fine.  What could be wrong with this one users inbox?

First thing I would check is to make sure Outlook isn't in offline mode. The status is shown on the bottom right of the Outlook window. It should say "Online with Microsoft Exchange". To check the profile, go to Tools->Account Settings

Are you receiving any errors? Have you verified that their Outlook profile is setup correctly?

How do I check for errors?  I went to the send/receive -> settings -> show progress but I don't know if this is the correct area.  If so, no errors are showing.

How do I verify their profile is set up correctly?  It had worked for months but just stopped working this past Friday.
