SSIS Package Scheduling

I have created a package in SSIS, which executes in Visual Studio. When I create a job and schedule the package I get this error (below). Can anyone decipher this mess for me and tell me which steps to take to get the schedule working?

This is the latest error can someone tell me what it means. I am not a dba and likely to lose my job soon. HELP, I hate SSIS!!!
