How to set IE7 to always start in a 1024x768 screen size instead of my 22" screen size

I just purchased a 22" monitor. When I start IE it's maximized. I am web developer and I need IE to always start in a 1024x768 pixels screen size. How can I make that happen?

when I try that with IE7 I get the following error "Some of the entries in your home page tab group are not webpages. Click OK to remove unsupported entries." Any ideas how to make this work with IE7?
what happens when you try the first tip instead of using the javascript code....does it fail too for you?
The problem I have with that is that I don't know on a 22" monitor how to size a browser to emulate 1024x768
