Outlook mailbox name suppression in print out
I want to print emails in outlook but do not want my mailbox name showing in the printout. Is there any way to suppress this?
The printing templates are not customizable by default. You can use an application like this (http://www.savvisoft.com/ConfiguringBlueprint.aspx) to extend additional functionality though.
If it is Outlook 2007, when the mail is open -- click on "Other Actions" and then "Message Header". Clicking on and off of "Message Header" toggles your header information on or off.

It is Outlook 2003
Open the message and go to: View > Message Header. Click on it and it will remove the header.

I did this, but when I went to Print Preview, my Mailbox name still showed in the preview.
I don't have Outlook 2003 available to me at the moment, but I believe the option is in 2003 as it is in 2007.
Once you have clicked on the Message Header to hide it, then choose to "View in Browser". It will open in IE. You can then print it out from there and the header will not be there -- I just tested it.
