My Documents Fold is no longer accessible

I am running Small Business Server 2003.  In Group Policy, I have folder redirection for my documents folders enable.  I have one user who doesn't have permission to her My Documents folder.  This only happens for this one user but she is configured the same as everyone else.  How do I remedy this situation?
