Secure Windows 2003 Terminal Server - Stand Alone

Hello Experts...

I have a Windows 2003 server (Stand Alone), each user that need to access via Terminal Server is member of Remote Desktop Users.

My Question:

Whats the best way to restrict machine access to this users ? e.g: Disable Control Panel, etc....

There is a good article here (http://www.ftponline.com/wss/2004_10/magazine/features/kgardinier/default.aspx) on configuring TS for users.
But, basically, configure a Group Policy (or local policy) to restrict a users' ability to get into unnecessary areas of the OS.
