Spybot detects something called MailSkinner.rtk. What is that?

Hi!
When I´m scanning with Spybot it finds something called MailSkinner.rtk. When I have deleted it it always comes back the next time I scan.  Can someone tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?

Greetings from Berndt

Thanks! As I have Kaspersky I will try to scan with it and then try Spybot again.
