How do I center a video onto a webpage that contains a background image.

I have page layout I created in Fireworks with a spacemarker for the video and have imported into dreamweaver.    Once in dreamweaver, I was able to embed a video onto the page - tested it in browser and the video plays fine.

The problem is the video is not centered on the page where it should be.    If there is a way I can either add a video layer and drag it onto the correct spot this would be great.
