Hi. &nbsp;Try swapping the fibre cables around on one end of the fiber cable run - there may be a TX to TX and RX to RX situation. &nbsp;Also fix the speed and duplex to the highest speed (fixed, not auto) with full duplex (fixed, not auto) - on all media converters and on the router port.<br />

I changed my duplex back to auto and it is working (both interfaces) but my FDX light still does not come on my external interface fe0/1! any thoughts How do you change the speed?

It could be autonegotiating half-duplex. Not all coverters are full-duplex capable.<br />

The converters belong to our isp and I guess they are going to switch them out &nbsp;tomorrow I will let you know I appreciate the help.<br />
