Truck TV Antenna

What type of antenna would be best for a big truck (18 wheeler) to catch local broadcast stations while moving?

above is the KVH TracVision for RV's and Motor Coaches. It is a Satellite TV Antenna. In the description you see this quote: Highest gain available for best signal reception throughout the continental United States and Canada; and KVH's new DewShield(TM) Electronic Dew Elimination System for unsurpassed reception in dew and rain.

As a truck driver you get alot of rain I assume.

here is one on Amazon - looks like it could be mounted on top of the cab. Ouch on the price.

Mobile satellite is still too expensive.  I'm looking for an antenna for $200 or so to catch broadcast channels while moving.
