How do I use a vmware virtual computer in MS Virtual PC 2007?

I have VMware Server on my computer and have a Windows XP Pro computer defined on it.  Is there any way I can make a copy of the vmdk file and modify it to be able to run it with Virtual PC?

I think you have to run sysprep inside the machine.
