Error Restoring SBS2003 / BackupExec 11d

When trying to restore an exchange mailbox, the error occurs. Can anyone shed any light on why the restore might be stopping without any reason, and how to fix this issue??

Backup Exec with remote agent,  11d,  Installed on Microsoft Windows SBS 2003 with Service pack 2,  0xe000fefd - The media server has lost the network connection to the remote agent.

How much hard drive space do you have free, do you have permission on the mailbox (ie., can you restore something to the Administrator mailbox) and finally, what kind of backup/restore is it?  Brick Level Backup (i am assuming so), Information Store backup?
