Any way to recive another users calandar notification?

Hi All,

Is there any way to receive another users calender items ie: appointments/ tasks etc to be prompted within another users mailbox? or shared?

Basically we have  a user which has access to another users mailbox & calendar, and she would like to receive the other users prompts as well as her own under the same account.

The persons calendar items that you want notifications to be shared should use the 'Delegate' option under Tools, Options, Delegates.  You should select the appropriate option at the botton of this window for the distribution of meeting requests.
