Is there any way to receive another users calender items ie: appointments/ tasks etc to be prompted within another users mailbox? or shared?<br />

Basically we have &nbsp;a user which has access to another users mailbox &amp;&nbsp;calendar, and she would like to receive the other users prompts as well as her own under the same account.<br />
