XML Parsing Error: undefined entity

Hello Experts,

Is there a way to solv the following problem, I am reading data from my database to a recordset and converting the recordsert to XML, using the folowing technique;-

However, I am getting the following error:-

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Line Number 36, Column 39:<LI><SPAN style="COLOR: #696969">Grýnn&nbsp;-&nbsp;Treetop.</SPAN>

The error is caused by the &nbsp;..

Is there anyway that I can work around this error, i'm fairly new to xml..

    &nbsp is a Space, I believe ... you can use the Replace function to convert every instance of &nbsp to space:

    Replace("YourStringIn", "&nbsp", " ")

    Thank a mil, should have thought of that...

    One more thing if you can help me with it, the database contains letters of the norwegian alphabet, whih sometimes have peculiar charaters, unfortunately this characters are showing up as questions marks, any ideas pls?

    <%@ CodePage=65001 Language="VBScript"%>

    Response.CodePage = 65001
    Response.CharSet = "utf-8"
