I can't add groups to an existing distribution group via the outlook GAB?

I am using Exchange 2003 and outlook 07.
From outlook GAB, when I to modify membership of an existing distribution group it will allow me to add individual users, but not allow me to add another group.
If I try to add a group I get the message:
"Changes to the distribution list membership could not be saved.  You do nto have sufficient permission to perform this action on this object."
I am member of the domain admins group.
Where am I going wrong?

You need to be the owner of the distribution list, even though you are the domain admin, it is still required to be managed by yourself.
Go to AD
Search for the particular distribution group
Right Click
Managed by
browse your user name
and do the rest....

This works but only for one user. I want all members of the Domain Admins groups to be able to add groups via the outlook GAB.
Any thoughts
