stop blue border on hyperlinks?

How do I prevent the blue border from appearing on hyperlinks that contain only an image? Like this...

add border="0" to the image tag.....

dang ... I tried dozens of STYLE changes to the HYPERLINK .... nothing worked. I never thought of the img ..... sigh
