Unable to print

This is a strange issue, but before i go into the problem let me tell you the setup

9pc's in a workgroup, with one pc as admin. Admin has a local printer which is shared. The problem is that two users are unable to print, everyone else is fine.

I logged into the affected users pc using vnc, and deleted the printer from the printer panel. The problem is that I am now unable to access the Admin1 pc which has the printer connected to it. I have tried pinging the AdminPC but it just says request timed out. I have disabled windows firewall on both machines. When I try to ping the affected user from admin, it gives me request timed out as well, but I can ping other users. The affected user can access the internet, and ping other machines. How do I resove this?

Are you pinging by NETBIOS name or IP address?  Were the users who can't print ever able to print?  Sounds like a networking or most likely DNS issue.  I am assuming this is a peer-to-peer setup in which case you may want to install the NETBIOS protocol since the DNS server that the clients are pointing to is probably your ISPs.
