Logging in via proxy in VBS or Command Line

I need to open a URL, via proxy, in VBScript or command line.  How do I pass user credentials via each method?  Having trouble finding it in all of my Googling.

Hi, this may also work, but I'm not sure if it will actually show the window visible, I haven't tested it.  After running, check the Task Manager to see if iexplore.exe is running, if you can't see the window....

Set xmlServerHttp = CreateObject("Msxml2.ServerXMLHTTP.4.0")
xmlServerHttp.open "GET", "http://www.google.com", False
xmlServerHttp.setProxyCredentials "myUser", "myPassword"
xmlServerHttp.send

Regards,

Rob.
