NDIS2 (DOS) driver needed

Hi, I'm looking for NDIS2 (DOS) driver for an Intel 82566MM gigabit ethernet card. This is card is inside an HP 6910p notebook. Need this driver to configure pixie boot in our Altiris server. Let me know if anybody has this.

    The PRODOS.EXE-package there should work
