ACT Database locked

After installing the upgrade to 2008 ACT Premium, and updating the database, I get the message: the database you are trying to access has been locked by an administrator.

That didn't work.  I actually had to go to Start, Run, ACTDIAG, right click the database and choose Unlock Database.  I then had to Share the Database again under Tools, Share Database because it was giving me an error that it needed to open supplemental folders.

So, is it working now?

If so, you'll want to make sure you follow the data clean up methods using ACTDiag and set up a backup procedure
