How to use Crystal Reports 8.5 distribution expert reports on Windows 2003 terminal server?

I am able to run the distribution setup. I was able to view the reports OK and then they stopped working. I get the first report window - set to print to Window but when I click on refresh data then print, Nothing happens. It worked a few times but then stopped. If I click on use saved data, then print the report displays properly. I'm using a SQL ODBC connection which tests successfully.

Have you checked the error logs?  In particular the SQL error log?

Nothing showing in event viewers of w2k3 sql2005 box or w2k3 terminal server box. Nothing showing in sql2005 logs either.

This issue appears to be resolved by copying the contents (dlls) of the %systemroot%/crystal to windows/systems32 folder
